1. Service status
Fokato is currently in pre-launch development. Accounts, payments, and private processing become available only after the production integrations are configured and the final legal documents are published.
2. Using the service
You must have the right to use every photograph you submit. The service must not be used to deceive, harass, impersonate, violate privacy, or create unlawful material.
3. Generated results
AI-generated imagery can contain errors and unexpected changes. Users should review every result, especially when restoring historically or personally important images.
4. Payments and credits
Credit packs are one-time USD payments processed by Stripe. One successful full-resolution result uses one credit; a failed processing attempt is refunded automatically. Final refund, credit-expiry, tax, and jurisdiction terms must be reviewed before live payments are enabled.
